Botamochi

This is a really heart warming dumpling the Japanese introduces to us. I love the mild sweetness and lasting tea fragrance the mochi emits. Perhaps this is edible organic perfumed rice dumpling which i think describes this invention well. And the overall presentation just lure my beloved to be so absorbed in looking at it with delight.

No Filling Dumpling

The dumpling is actually a mini one and has no filling in it. On its own, I find it taste a bite too bitter. However magically, just an addition of sugar or kaya, I find myself addicted to it and will have ten of this at one go and the same goes to my dearest who knows how to make this and has packed for us on a picnic one romantic day.

Four Flavoured Dumpling

We bought this special recipe during this years' dumpling festival. Never have we dream that there can be four flavours in these creation. There is the sweet yellow bean paste, mellow green bean paste, salty egg yolk and creamy cashew nuts that when mixed, blended so well to entice us to have more and we responded with two more orders. Woww..

Dumpling Peanut Paste

Every child and cultured adults will appreciate this soft and chewy glutinous rice with red bean paste in its centre. The sprinkled peanut lift up the softness so that it taste chunky and soft at the same time. My dearest and I will buy these for or children whenever they behave themselves and recently they have been having more than usual.

Nonya Rice Dumpling

We stood around it for half an hour, taking shots of it and admiring it from all angles with all our senses. The look of this just seizes us to preserve its look as we eat the fragrant winter melon mixed with sugary meat bits. We give a ten foe the overall appearance and taste of this Nonya creation that makes the world so colorful a place to live.

Vegetable Dumpling.

This is an experiment of nuts, carrots and potatoes with chicken powder rice dumpling and we love it so much that we have it up for sale at a fun fair. The response is awesome, a hundred of them all sold out within forty five minutes. What can be more welcoming than this and so we decided to open a stall near our place and business seems good.
